Pet Blessing Service
This coming Sunday 30 July at 10 am we will be joining with SMASH After School Care Programme to offer a pet blessing service. Bring your families, and your pets!

Seasons for Growth
Seasons for Growth is a programme which explores the effects of change, loss and grief.  Using the imagery of the four seasons, the programme is a safe way to help people process and adjust to changing experiences.  Bridgett Parkin will run a programme of six weekly sessions, starting on Sunday 30 July, 2.00—4.30 pm, in the church office.  Cost $25 for the workbook.  For more information or to register contact Bridgett 934-1811 or

We are beginning to prepare the next round of rosters (Sept –Nov). If you are going to be away during this time, please mark yourself as unavailable in Infoodle, or email/call Zoё in the office by 25 July.

Parish Dinner
The new date for our Parish dinner is 26 August.  Put this in your diaries!  More details to come about our family get-together.

Karori Food Bank
Karori Food Bank is supported by the five local Karori churches.  Dawn Morrison serves on the Board as a representative of KAC and Shirley Black takes care of all the financials.  They need more help—someone to collect the bread from Brumby’s at 4:30 pm and take it to the Food Bank in the Karori Community Centre and someone to pack the bread away and make one delivery, rostered alternative months.  Both jobs require a car and the first also requires a bit of muscle.  KAC is under represented, so they are looking to us to fill these roles.  Contact

Samuel Marsden Open Morning
You and your daughter (or Preschool son) are invited to the Marsden School Karori Open Morning, Friday 18 August, 8.45 am and 12 pm. This is a good opportunity to see the school in action and learn about the programmes and opportunities for your child.  Enrolments are open.
