5th Sunday—29 April 10 am
As part of Fifth Sunday Service on 29 April Vestry would like to present a Property Update.  This update will include:
· The Vision and mission outcomes for the Connection Point
· How we are building the capability to operate the Connection Point
· Progress on planning, fundraising and construction
· A wrap up of the seismic strengthening and repairs to St Matthias, Makara
Questions on any property matters please ask the to Property Manager, Geoffrey Lee, any time before, during or after this Property Update.

Prepare for Winter and Fill the Freezer
After our fifth Sunday service (29 April) we will be cooking in groups to make meals for the Manna Ministry freezer.  Please sign up on the clipboards to either host a team of budding chefs or to be part of the cooking team.  Let’s prepare for winter together.

No Midweek Service    
There will be no midweek service this Wednesday as it is ANZAC day.

Donation Tax Receipts
These were available for collection from the Gathering Area yesterday. Those not collected will be posted today.

Morning Prayer
Join with the AYM crew in starting your day with community and prayer. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7.15—7.40 am at St Mary’s.

Thank you so much for my generous farewell gift.  Your kindness and generosity is much appreciated.  I have bought an electric bike with much of it and am looking forward to riding it around Eastbourne bays.  Every blessing for the future, John.

Pastoral Conversations
Wendy will be at the Café on the Square this Tuesday from 3.30 pm. Do drop for a coffee and a chat. 

Lenten Appeal
Donations for Anglican Missions Lenten Appeal may be put in the collection anytime during April and May.  Envelopes are available at the Welcome Desk in the Gathering Area. 

The Winter Project
This is a student lead charity group run by six, Year 12 students from Samuel Marsden.  They collect second hand winter woollens and deliver them to schools for children and their families who need warm clothing.  Please bring any preloved, clean, warm clothing in good condition to the box in the foyer of the church.  They need:  scarves, beanies, gloves, jerseys, tops, warm pants or shoes.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
7.00 pm, Monday 23 April 2017

The evening begins at 7.00 pm with shared dessert and coffee.  Please bring dessert to share.  Meeting starts at 7.30 pm.  Nominations and any items to be raised have closed.  Please pick up a copy of the annual and financial reports and the agenda when you leave church today.
Please note: No impromptu business will be accepted on the Meeting’s Agenda.  Please note, only those on the Parish Electoral Roll can vote.  Parish Electoral Roll is available in the Gathering Area and the office.  If you wish to be added to the Electoral Roll please complete an application form in the gathering area and return to Wendy or the Church Office.
