Bill Alington
It is with great sadness that we note the death of Bill Alington, long time parishioner and distinguished architect. Bill was a quiet friendly man who drew newcomers to him and made them feel welcomed in the parish. A long-time Friend St resident, Bill spent his recent days in Sprott House. His late wife Margaret is the author of the definitive history of St Mary’s “High Point”. His Funeral is to be held at St Peter’s Church, 211 Willis St, Wellington, Friday 1 March at 10am

They have worn through with wires now protruding! At just over $8,000 to replace the two shade sails, we would love it if you would consider donating towards the cost of these replacements. If you are able to support this work, please donate to Karori Anglican Church (then you will be able to receive a tax receipt) using ref ECEC Sail in your payment details.
