Christmas at Te Korōria 5:30pm Saturday 14th 

Te Korōria 5:30pm – 7:30pm 14th December, on rain or shine! This is a great opportunity to invite your friends and neighbours to join us for a fun evening in Te Korōria. Carols will be led by our band, there will be some delicious Christmas treats to eat, and a guest appearance by Father Christmas! There are some invitations in the foyer for you to hand to your friends and family. See you there!


Nine Lessons and Carols 7pm Sunday 15th

Join us for our traditional Nine Lessons and Carols on the 15th December 7pm, St Mary’s. Please invite friends and family along to enjoy the beauty of the candle lit Church with us. There will be mulled wine and mince pies after the service.


Feed My Lambs (Rongopai House)

This Christmas we will be once again supporting our friends in Kaitaia as they work with families in need in their local community.  You can find out more information on Rongopai Houses work by going to rongopaihouse.org.nz.

Keen to help?

1)You choose a family you want to support by taking a paper slip for one family you would like to support this Sunday

2) Donate a gift of money to support them by deposit money into the Karori Anglican Account with reference ‘FML’. 02-0500-0019955-00

3) Write a Christmas card to the family and please return it to the church office by Friday DEC 13th

The Christmas Cards will be posted to Kaitaia, and the funds transferred for Rongopai house to administer to the families.

New Wine 15th – 19th January

New Wine – New Wine Festival & Ministries NZ

January is all about family, fun and a chill time and…… festival! There is no better place to start the year then heading to New Wine for 5 fun filled days to celebrate. The youth will party, the kid will play, and the adults will relax. Whatever your age we’ll be worshipping, learning and connecting with God again. Like every good party everyone’s invited. Join us from the 15th – 19th January 2025.

The Book of Hebrews in the Bible

We continue our Sunday series on the book of Hebrews. Hebrews focuses strongly on who Jesus is, which highlights our focus for the year as well as the verse Vestry discerned was our verse for 2024 – ‘For God gave his only son so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life’ Jn 3:16


Intermediate Youth – “CHAOS” (Christian’s Hyped About Our Saviour!)

Thursday 5th December – CHAOS will ensue over the sports fields of Karori. Meet at 6:15pm for dinner and then an evening filled with all sorts of sports

Thursday 12th December – Meet at 6:15pm for a retro games competition!


Youth – The Collective

Friday 6th December – WE ARE GOING TO BEACH! Join us for some climbing on the rocks, beach cricket, Fish & Chips and maybe even a swim in the ocean. 6 PM at princess beach 5:30 PM at Te Korōria Car Park for rides

Friday 13th December – Meet at 6pm to create your own short film and compete with other groups to win the esteemed Otto for the best short film, script, actor/actress and camera. (dinner for a gold coin).

Come hear these friends and keen duet partners in one place for a concert of sumptuous music, arm in arm with Aotearoa’s most legendary accompanist.

Featuring repertoire by Poulenc, Richard Strauss, Rachmaninoff, Debussy and Delibes.
